A couple of small points Customers should consider

1: We’ll process YOUR refund as soon as we’re able to in some case, We might ask you for the opportunity to resolve the issue for you.

2 : We may refuse to refund clients who act in bad faith or misused the service .

3: Refund may only be issued within 14 days of the purchase date  for a year Membership. FREE Track one week including After 14 days no refunds can be processed .

4: Refunds don’t apply to discounted orders ,upgrades or renewals.

5:  Pay by crypto currency * Bitcoin etc Can’t refund Only exchange “ tokens “ to save account for next time purchase .

6: If We’re mistake or mis order So we can give credit point on your account .

7: Exchange new item on same day ,but you need upload photo original to exchange “Token keep your account too .

Policy for automatic payment

All of our items including Woocommerce ,Conversion tracking ,QR Code payment credit card etc and same extension Require Renewal of subscription every necessary We’ll update policy time to time But we can “notify “ on board  for “customer /

1:  You can print all of invoice on “your ‘ account . Login personal profile to check your history info .

2:Renew the membership after expiration Date Charge from your account automatically If You  don’t cancel automatic payments from your account.We don’t refund auto renewal payments for any orders .

So make sure to cancel automatic payment while purchasing if you don’t want to renew your membership after expiration date .

3: YOU MAY NOT USE OUR SERVICE AND YOU MAY NOT ACCEPT THIE AGREEMENT IF YOU ARE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE.

Accept of policy When you are placing an order for any of our items , you indicate that you have read this refund policy properly , This also proves that you agree with and fully understand Term and accept term of this refund policy .

Cancel your order ,

Yes , Usually . As long as your order has not delivery  , you can request to cancel the order ***BEFORE 30 minimum .No refund but can exchange Tokens to save your account .

we’ll attempt to cancel your order as best we can , but submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee your order will be canceled .

Note : Currently , you must cancel each order separately .

1 : Click MY ACCOUNT > ORDER HISTORY & RECORD .( if you are not signed in already  , you ‘ll be prompted to do so )

2  ;  Click ORDER DETAIL next  to order containing the order you’d like to cancel .

3: The order Detail page appears . Click CANCEL for order  you’d like to cancel .

4: Click CANCEL MY ORDER in cancelation Request Window .

5: A pop-up window appears and indicates we are attempting to cancel your order . Click CLOSE .

6: Repeat the process for each order you’d like to cancel .

IF > A refund for amount of the order will be issued to payment method used .

Note : if  payment was not taken , We will cancel the Pending charge .

You will receive an email with refund information .

Your order History is updated :

CANCELED displays next to order the was canceled .

the Cancel button is grayed out .

YOU WILL RCEIVE 2 EMAIL DURING THE CANCELATION REQUEST PROCESS :

  •  IMPORTANT information about your order indicates we have received your cancelation  request .
  • Cancelation Update – indicates if the cancelation of your order was successful .

Change my order

For most orders yes-up until We start make your orders .

Here’s what you can do yourself :

  •  Cancel an order
  • change the delivery * New Address
  • Make design and text edits;

 

CLICK MY ACCOUNT  >  ORDER HISTORY &RECORDER

CLICK VIEW / EDIT ORDER .

Note : if the view / Edit order button is not available , it’s possible to edit or cancel your order .

DELIVERY TO  New address

1: ACCESS MY ACCOUNT >

Order History & Reorder .

2: Click Order detail for the order you need to update .

3: On the order detail page , Click Change under the Delivery Address .

4: Update the delivery address as necessary and click update .

A:  you can’t change to which country your order  is being delivery .

B : you can’t change the address if the change will affect taxes .

C: Gift for your Family need update them detail information too .Require community gate code , building # or letter .text message let they know your order first .

 

5:  Read the restrictions in the Pop-up and select the box to indicate that you understand the request may not be granted . Click UPDATE Address .

6: You will receive another email starting that we are working on your request .

7: You will receive another email indicating either the request was successful and the delivery address was changed , or the request  was denied and delivery address was not changed .

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE :

  • The  new delivery address is applied to all items in an order , even if they have not all delivery yet .
  • changing the email  address or change the number for an order not change the information in your account
